1. What is ShopYego?

ShopYego is an e-commerce fashion brand inspired by Ethiopian heritage. We specialize in handcrafted women's clothing, accessories, and home decor that blend traditional Ethiopian craftsmanship with contemporary design. Every purchase supports artisans and sustainable craftsmanship.

2. What makes ShopYego unique?

Our designs are inspired by Ethiopian culture and heritage, featuring vibrant colors, relaxed fits, and versatile styles to fit the modern lifestyle. Each piece is handcrafted with care, supporting sustainable practices and preserving traditional craftsmanship.

3. Where are your products made?

Our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, blending traditional Ethiopian techniques with modern design elements. All our pieces are handmade with love in Ethiopia.


Products

1. What types of products do you offer?

We offer clothing items for men and women. We offer jumpsuits, dresses, tops, cardis and kimonos for women. And we offer men’s tops and cardis. We also have pieces for your home like our Gabi blankets and throws.

2. Are your products sustainable? 

Yes! Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We use eco-friendly materials and upcycled leather in our accessories, such as the Gode Bag and Kosso Bag. All our clothing are made of 100% cotton material, soft to the touch and feel like a cloud to the skin.

3. Do you offer custom sizing or designs?


Currently, we do not offer custom sizing or designs. However, our relaxed fits and versatile styles are designed to suit various body types. For example, our jumpsuits currently fit size 2-12. We are working behind the scenes in offering additional sizing options since we believe in inclusivity.

Shipping*

1. Where do you ship to?

We ship across the United States and internationally. Shipping rates and times may vary depending on your location. Orders over $200 ship for free!

2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location:  
- Domestic (US): 5-7 business days  
- International: 10-14 business days 

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package.

Returns and Exchanges

1. What is your return policy? 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, email us at hello@shopyego.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return label and instructions.

3. Can I exchange an item? 

Yes, exchanges are available for different sizes or colors, subject to stock availability. Follow the same process as returns to request an exchange.

Payment

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

2. Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely! We use secure payment gateways to ensure your information is protected.
